We advise you to take out travel insurance. A small business like ours is clearly affected by cancellations.

We ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy. Cancellations more than 6 weeks prior to holiday comencement - no additional charge. However deposit will not be returned.

Cancellations less than 6 weeks - guest will be responsible for full charge.

Hens, stag and party groups are not permitted.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted within or near the chalets.

Any damages must be reported & paid for in full.

The hot tub is emptied and cleaned between guests.

Wood is provided at £30 per tub which includes kindling & fire lighters. Fees must be paid at time of purchase.
